attacking CBS over phony documents, what about bush's PHONY DOCUMENTS?

Speaking of questionable documents, the Bush administration has swallowed a large number. What about the obviously forged "yellowcake" documents that were the basis for the "mistaken" claim that Saddam Hussein had a nuclear weapons program?

The Bush administration did not check out the "stovepiped" phony "intelligence" fed them by Iraqi exiles with an agenda and by neoconservatives determined to turn the "war on terror" into a war against Iraq, Iran, and Syria.

The Bush administration ignored all warnings from real experts and CIA and State Department analysts. Bush invaded a country that not only posed no threat to the United States, but also had no weapons of mass destruction and no connections to Osama bin Laden.

1. Yeah, but your missing the key point
Bush is a Republican. By virtue of being a Republican he is above reproach; it's only us Democrats who have to worry about leading good and just and honorable lives (with a helpful media willing to dig into even the slightest human fraility). The Republicans don't have to worry about that.

I'm not sure why that is, though.

2. Is this not amazing...
I have never been more disgusted or incensed in my life! These bastards are trying to cover that monkey's ass on so many levels, and are willing to eat one of their own icons to do it, and simultaneously, showing themselves to be fully complicit in the destruction of the last vestiges of democracy we have left. FUCK ALL OF THEM!!!!!

3. There are cracks in the armor
Even Morning Curmudgeon Jack Cafferty talked about the Bush docs this morning...not about the legitimacy of the paperwork, rather, "WHAT ABOUT THE CONTENT? WHERE WAS BUSH?" I expected the morning rounds to be all memo all the time, but they didn't even bring it up until 15 minutes into the broadcast.

The sad part is, Bill "Ken" Hemmer chuckled when Kerry's speech was mentioned. "Poor guy, can't get a break...powerful, powerful stuff and the Rather story took up all the headlines."

NO SHIT, YOU STUPID MOFO! YOU'RE THE ONE IGNORING IT, YOU GODDAMM WHORE!

Sheesh. Sorry. Need more coffee.

VOTE HERE for HOPE, NOTE FEAR!

4. What about
the Lady secretary that was on 60 minutes? Verifying the content of the memos. Saying" this is what her boss was putting into the files?

5. Where are Bush's REAL documents?
Forget about the 'phony' documents. Why doesn't Bush have real military documents? Everyone in the military has a file. Why are Bush's military records 'missing'? Especially since he was the son of a politically well-known man. You'd think they'd take better care of his records.

Why doesn't the media ever wonder about Bush's military documents being unavailabe for scrutiny? Instead, they focus on 'fake' memos that have very real information in them.

And why does Bush have a new DL#? I've moved to and from Utah a few times over the decades and everytime I come back and get a new drivers license, it has the same number I've always had.

The media are asking the wrong questions. Rather did nothing every newsperson doesn't do. He should have never made a statement. As Fox is so fond of saying, 'We report, YOU decide'. If there were this much scrutiny on every news story, how many would pass muster? Just curious.

6. But Bush's phony documents don't count 'cause it's o.k. for Bush
to say or do anything he wants; moreover saying and doing what you want is part of it being easier being dictator.
