1. An honest mistake.......................

yeah, right. In fairness, it would have been impossible to move the vehicle, but how long would it have taken to evacuate the area so nobody was hurt? I hope this man receives some sort of restitution for his losses, although some things as we know are irreplaceable. I'm willing to bet that it's just considered collateral damage and he'll receive nothing.

2. Well that was my thought......

Why the hell wasn't the whole area evacuated? This explosion was HUGE! There are several more photos of it at Yahoo.

I am doubting this guy gets anything for the damage done. :(
