* Just Called the NIE estimates about Iraq "A Guess"
Edited on Tue Sep-21-04 04:28 PM by linazelle
on CNN he's stammering and hemming a hawing and looking like the idiot that he is but managed to mumble that the NIE predictions are just guesses. I guess he wouldn't know anything about intelligent guesses would he?

The way he sometimes stumbles over words like misunderestimating and all the hemming and hawing make me believe that it's an act. * is not dumb.

2. It isnt an act. They would much rather have a Reagan.
A man who can speak on top of being easy to lead around by the nose.

They certainly play into his stumbles to make them look charming rather than scary, but if Bush was intelligent and a good speaker you can bet your life that he would be out there giving skillfull speaches.

5. Although he's not skillful at orating, he is capable of doing better
Think RNC. I truly think he does the dumb thing so he can say anything he wants without anticipation of any consequences. If anybody else said the NIE estimate was just a guess, they'd be skewered.

3. A preview of the coWard in the debates....
I really don't see how he can avoid a series of goofs like this, possibly even a major disaster.

7. Yeah I forgot about his direct line to the master of the universe
You'd think with such a powerful connection he'd have known not to invade. But I guess God will protect him like he's always done. :eyes:

6. "A guess?" Fantasy and denial. What a dick.
If the entire sense of the intel and analysts is no better than a guess and he can tell better in the 30minutes a day he devotes to national security, then why do we pay these guys?

Why cover up reports when we can just rely on Bush and cut out the expensive middleman?
