2. Man, if JFK can win Florida
I'll be dancing in the streets. Granted, he can win the election without it (CO and NH + all the Gore states would do the trick), but what sweet revenge it would be!

3. Thanks, I've been checking this site all night
and got busy the past couple hours. Watching red states turn pink and pink to white is better on the breathing than quitting smoking!

5. Arizona too!
I know we've got 10 measly votes but we're coming on strong for Kerry!

6. Judging by the way the Repubs went ballistic over the Minnesota
polls which gave Kerry the lead, they must know their constituents are influenced by such things. I remember my little sister in elementary school coming home on the day when her school voted for presidents during the presidential election that was held at that time. My family was heavily in favor of McGovern and we were in my parents room talking about the election. She came running in and laughed at all of us because she said she had voted for the winner, and we had voted for the loser. So she won, she won! We all had a laugh because we knew she was too young to discuss the issues, so for her, it was just a popularity contest. The sad thing is that many Republican Americans are just like her. They want to vote with the majority and the polls give them all the cues they need. That's why the Republicans are playing with the numbers, and I sincerely believe they are.
