Does George W. shower?
I don't mean for this to sound petty, but his red-face, skin eruptions, and his frequent boils is suggestive of a skin bacteria infections. This suggests either he doesn't wash regulary or very well. Any opinions?

2. Looks more like terminal syphilus to me. That would also explain the
poor speech, and lack of coodination/cognitive skills.

3. More likely a sign of a weak immune system...
due to stress. People can live perfectly well without washing compulsively the way we do these days. Remember when Bush broke out in boils when they were stealing the election?

I think Karen Hughes claimed he nicked himself with a razor. It looked like more a boil to me. I've seen it before in people who have severe S. aureus skin infections. These people typically have poor personal hygeine (i.e. bathe infrequently.) I seem to remember reading someplace (Hatfield's Fortunate Son) that he was a unkempt, slob in college and as a bachelor.

I agree that people can live perfectly well without bathing every day... but whether this is living optimally is another question.

7. I think he's on steroids for his knees or some other problem.
Steroids are a great anti-inflammatory, they would help him bear up under the stress of a campaign, and they cause acne and other skin problems. Just a guess, mind you, but it makes sense.

10. He's got a wicked bad case of the
Colliwobbles. I'd bet a doughnut on it.

"People say, how can I help on this war against terror? How can I fight evil? You can do so by mentoring a child; by going into a shut-in's house and say I love you."

17. Crazy as y'all may think this sounds...
...somehow the water actually seems more refreshing and lip-smackin'ly delicious ever since I stopped calling it a "bidet" (Frenchy word) and started calling it my "Freedom Fountain."
