I have a DEM friend here in VA and his daughter just had a baby.

He said that his daughter and son-in-law got a message from * congratulating them on the birth of their child!

My friend says that it seems local GOP scours hospital records for births to send the parents literature. Like, "remember us, the administration who cares" type of thing.

I called Al Gore's office to ask if I could request a letter from the REAL winner of the presidency.

A personalized note arrived shortly thereafter. :) Never did get a thing from Shrubbie.

I have a note from the Big Dog congratulating me on my wedding day. Someone just has to request the acknowledgement and the WH will send out a form letter.
