I wanted to check this out. You made a couple errors. Some countries not listed. Here's the list I used, based on yours, and adding/subtracting countries.

In addition I listed total military contribution, their total population, and percentage of military in iraq. According to the numbers I have, the Unites States, by percentage of population, is actually in second place. Tonga wins out, as they're making the largest contribution in relation to their population.
