Jacques Chirac.

A true right-wing prick with a bizarre hatred for democracy (most anti-Taiwan politician I know), homosexuals (he and his party oppose equal marriage and adoption rights for same-sex couples), and Muslims (self-explanatory), and whose opposition to Iraq, while justified, was entirely motivated by personal gain
