CNN calls the 2004 election for George Bush
I'm surprised they haven't already done this.

Only their need for the "horse race" to drive their ratings keeps them from trying to beat Faux to the punch.

Sheesh! I'll be basically offline and out of touch for two weeks and I'm glad.

This country is beginning to disgust me.

1. STOP WATCHING THE REPUBLICAN MEDIA
We are going to win.

The turnout at the Kerry/Edwards rallys are large and committed

Have faith

This will be a sweet victory

12. BULLSHIT!! We need to watch NOW more than ever.
If this is happening, we need to inundate friends and family of the lies that are being promoted.

This is the LAST moment we need to be ignoring what they are up to!!

13. I rarely watch
but the few occasions when I'm looking for a hurricane update or breaking news about Jay Lo, I invariably catch some particularly putrid and blatant piece of propaganda.

Two weeks away from TV will be a very good thing!

14. It's not exactly a vacation
And I am DEFINITELY with you.

But the pervasive unkindness, ignorance and jingoism I'm seeing around me have me questioning if I want my kids growing up (any more than they already have) here.

Not to mention me.

17. OK
I'm glad you are still with us. But, yes, it has gotten pretty ugly here as of late. One could hardly blame you for getting your kids out. Hoepfully , it will get better before long.

5. That is so fucking irresponsible...I'm *done* with CNN
Done.

6 weeks before the election and they're ready to call it. What a disgrace in the name of journalism.

Pew, that stinks.

7. No, Read Again
although the way they whore for Bush 24/7, they might as well call the election for Bush and move on to the inauguration.

6. Honestly, what did we do before cable, internet? Exactly - faith.
You can do it. I have no need for thier inputs and can at least influence a person or two here through participation and learning new tricks and phrases and being at the ready for freepattacks.

Like today for instance - guy emails me photo of girl first thing this morning. I email him DU story. He's like - very good research there!! See, we can have an effect.

10. When they allow terrorist
to attack us right before the election and Kerry wins the election like he is going to anyway, they'll all claim the terrorist have "swayed" the election.

15. not unless we take both houses of Congress
I'm convinced more than ever that the entire thing is a sham.

Votes might as well go into the shredder. The whole thing is scripted and the forces that deny equality, justice and truth have already seized absolute power.

Man. I need a vacation!
