Dean, Rendell, Pelosi, and Ann Richards in Philly tomorrow.
Howard Dean will be in Philadelphia (and vicinity) for the following events this Saturday, September 18:

12:00 Noon: The Campaign for a New Majority, a joint fundraising project of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) and DFA, is sponsoring a reception (or perhaps luncheon, web references vary) in Bryn Mawr PA honoring Howard Dean, Ed Rendell, Ann Richards and Nancy Pelosi. Minimum donation is $100. Details and RSVP form are at: http://blog.dccc.org/newmajority/philly.php

5:00 PM: Howard Dean will be appearing at the Free Library of Philadelphia (1901 Vine St, Philadelphia) to promote his brand new book, "You Have the Power: How to Take Back Our Country and Restore Democracy in America." This is a FREE EVENT and no registration is required. For directions

8:00 PM: Gov. Dean will debate William Bennett on candidates and issues at Villanova University at The Pavilion. Though the website indicates that (initially) no tickets would be sold to the general public, a call to Villanova provided the updated info that public tickets are now available for advance purchase at 214 Dougherty Hall 9-5 M-F, or at the door the evening of the event. Cost of admission is $15. Event info at:

(I had heard there would be more than one Bennett debate, so this is the first I have seen of it. There is another on the 30th, but I don't remember where.)
