Polls and Ugliness
Today I have read some pretty disturbing comments coming from many herel. Lots of disrespect, namecalling, and the like. This is wrong plain and simple. Its not Republican, its not Democrat, its just plain wrong. Worst of all, the perpetrators are doing exactly what they have planned.

Stop standing around in a circle and firing at each other just because the "polls" favor GW. Its all BS in my opinion. I don't care if you don't trust me because I am a registered Republican. I don't care if you call me names. I am who I am and I really don't bullshit around. I'm not the issue...the issue is GW MUST GO!

I asked a few days ago, and I'll say it again...

The news outlets are too full of shit. The polls are full of shit. If everyone in here can't imagine why multi-million corporate sponsored "PRAVDA" publications are doing what they're doing, you are doomed to continue this eternal hostile and paranoid bantering.

Can ANYONE in this group find the time to take action and start a "527" group to raise money to OUT THE LYING STINKING NEWSRAGS AND POLLS? I would contribute to a group that would be organizing advertising to expose the media bias and corporate influence on the media. This is rediculous. There is so much energy here...yelling, tears, hand-wringing, introspection. You can't tell me all of this doesn't use a lot of energy.

People - Lets work together on this. The angry energy and emotions I seen today are enough to fuel a mission to Pluto. When I get as upset about things, I retire myself to busting ass on a project that it is going to keep me sane while focusing on bringing relief to the major source of my pain or turmoil. The anger in here should be fueling MAJOR actions. Forget the "snippets" and words about infiltrators or other cyber-troublemakers. Whenever I see a post that says "DU this poll or DU needs you to do this", I get my dumb ass over there and do it right away. Its this thing called "DOING" that brings the REWARDS, not this ugly and offensive "shouting match" in a cyber-room (HIT THE KEYS HARDER JOE HES A FREEPER!!!).

Maybe I'm just too naive to think otherwise, but if Rove can get away with being nasty and using 527's to make a point, can't we likewise get a 527 to make a BIG POINT ABOUT MEDIA BIAS and show it during primetime or in "battleground states". These are dirty tricksters at the helm, far and deep, and all of them need to be outed. Or at least the "general public" should be getting a LOUD, CLEAR, and REPETITIOUS message that mainstream media has gone PRAVDA on America. Tell me, am I way off imaging something like this?

1. The news outlets are full of shit
But I'm afraid that complaining about it to the general public will look like whining and desperation. I think a better use for the 527's would be to portray Bush as incompetent (not to hard), and Kerry as someone who can be trusted to lead this country (a little more abstract).

2. Polls? LMAO
I'm from Illinois, in our 2002 Governor's race the Zogby poll for 10/30 - 11/01 showed Ryan (R) 43.5% and Blagojevich (D) 43.2%. The actual election results that same week, Ryan 44% Blagojevich 53%. I keep remembering this these past two weeks with all the wailing & gnashing of teeth that has been going on. Shut up, get to work, volunteer, donate, Bush is done.

4. I agree....wtf, I thought we were Democrats?
Sorry if I sound utopian, but COME ON. Democrats, at least where I'm from, don't tear people down like this.

Read the polls, and take it as what they say whether you believe it or not. Use that "possibility" of it being read to motivate you to get up off your ass sitting in front of the computer and go volunteer, register a new voter, write a letter to the paper, or talk to a family member or co-worker.

Sitting around criticizing each other and bitching about some right-leaning poll isn't going to get Kerry elected. That's our #1 priority...period.
