I think the whole situtation is despicable. I read the other thread regarding how this may be a "scam." Perhaps it is, in the sense this guy takes his children to political rallies often to protest, however the "scam" wouldn't work unless he could rely on people acting like assholes.

However, I can see the point that I wouldn't subject my children to it over and over. Not a great parenting move, but that still does NOT excuse the behavior of the other people.

I have proudly become less tolerant of Bush supporters. I'm sorry, you're entitled to your opinion (then again, so are Nazis...), but it is a direct insult to me (I'm 16)when you support a man who is willingly damaging my generation. We will die in his wars. We will choke on his 400 environmental rollbacks. We will have to pay for his deficit. There's not a soul under 21 (or over 21 for that matter) who ought to support this man.
A girl in my school had a Bush/Cheney sticker on her folder. I'm normally a polite person, I'm very quiet, very respectful, outspoken at times, but I marched to the desk, grasped her folder, tore off the sticker and threw it out.
