And I generally don't think restricting ballot access is a way to win an election. What percentage of Democrats voted for Bush in Florida? It was 14% nationwide. The Kerry and the Florida Dems should get to work on them instead of worrying about Nader voters. If you can't give Dems a reason to vote for Kerry, you sure as hell aren't going to get Nader voters, even if he were off the ballot, to vote for Kerry.
