Yesterday, the coalition of artists performing in this fall's Vote for Change tour announced they will share the stage for a special grand finale concert in Washington, D.C. on October 11. We're very excited to be able to offer you pre-sale tickets for this show, which features Bonnie Raitt, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Dave Matthews Band, the Dixie Chicks, Jackson Browne, James Taylor, John Fogerty, John Mellencamp, Jurassic 5, Keb' Mo', Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds, Pearl Jam, and R.E.M. on the same stage.

With your pre-sale code, you'll have a chance to buy tickets starting Thursday (tomorrow) at 10 AM ET. We expect many more people will want these tickets than we have available for pre-sale, so you'll need to be logged in exactly at 10 or you'll likely miss them. You can increase your chances by getting your friends to sign up today. An hour before the pre-sale begins tomorrow, we'll send access codes to 1,000 of these new members, selected at random. To access the ticket pre-sale site, you'll need the following unique ACCESS CODE:

We suggest writing it down -- if you lose this email, we can't give you a new one. This code can only be used by one person, and you'll only be able to buy four tickets from the tour (there's a maximum of two per show). If you've already purchased four tickets, you won't be able to buy tickets tomorrow.

REGISTER ON THE MOVEON PAC PRE-SALE TICKETS WEBSITE

To start the process, go to:

On that page, you'll want to click on the "your account" link in the upper-right corner.

On the next choice, you'll be given the option of logging into your account if you have one or creating a new account. Choose "create a new account," and enter a username and password you can remember. You'll also need to use the access code from above. Please note that this account is different from the account you might have on the main MoveOn PAC website.

BUY YOUR TICKETS

You'll need to register beforehand (see above) and then be online at the time of the pre-sale, credit card in hand, to actually buy the tickets. You'll need your access code to complete this stage of the process. The ticket prices are $90 and $175.

Remember, if you don't get tickets this way, you'll still have an opportunity to get them as a member of the general public. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Saturday, September 18th at 10 AM ET at http://www.ticketmaster.com/voteforchange/ or by phone at 202-432-SEAT -- no outlets.

Click "Ticket info", and enter the user name, password you created above, along with your access code.

Man! I'd love to go but now that you posted this code that only one person can use I'll never go. Damn! My husband got a pre-sale code for the sprinsteen concert and did everything right (logging on at the right time etc.) but we still didn't get tickets.

So nobody else use this code OK? I saw it first and it's MINE! <sigh> I'm screwed.
