I May be on the losing side. But I'm not convinced it's the wrong side
We lost the White House and both the Senate an the House. our views are out numbered on daily Radio talks shows "Thank GOD for AA" Fox news is kicking butt in the rating with their slated Right wing-nut view of the news. Fox has a very weak Combs as a co-host on air an call it fair an balance. What are we doing wrong ?

This year we seem to finally realize we have to get in the mud and fight dirt with dirt.................Finally

Rant over

2. There are more important things than winning.
Being right, and in the right, are two of them.

3. This is a War!!!
:grr:

Fight hard, fight dirty, and fight any way you can.

Lyndon Johnson did it, and of the GOOD THINGS he got us: CIVIL RIGHTS, MEDICARE/CAID, VOTER'S RIGHTS, ENVROMENTAL PROTECTION, AND DECENT WAGES FOR ALL AMERICAN WORKERS!!!

Johnson was very powerful and he got EXACTLY what he wanted!!!

I wish the modern Democratic Party were like this again!!!

4. This has nothing to do with dirt.

It has to do with the overall structure of society. We cannot function unless the public have access to a wide range of opinions and information and fufill thier responsibilities as citizens and voters to be skillfull consumers of that information. We need to return to looking at the media as a public trust. That society needs to regulate the media to ensure it doesnt destroy our society.

6. I agree with you...
For too long, we've been playing defense. It's time the Democratic Party started playing offense and taking the fight to the Pubs.

Of course, we lost the Senate because we had a boob like Daschle as leader. I will never forget how he sold us out in 2002 by kow-towing to Bush on Iraq. We need new Congressional leadership BADLY!! Personally, I'd love to see Daschle replaced as leader by Feingold, Harkin, or Feinstein.

Howard Dean may have flamed out in Iowa, but he did give the Party a new strategy: FIGHT BACK!! We need to keep fighting.

8. Thank you Howard Dean
To be honest before Howard Dean put the fight back in me. By speaking out "Hard" against Bush about the war I just took it for granted that Bush was going to win and win Big............Thank you Dr Dean
