Must be fake.

9. Actually, Sesame Street was brought to us by the letter "S" in 1976 but...

...it was not widely used until the '90s.

11. It means...
... if the mainstream press would only pick up the story, is that Bush disobeyed a direct order from his superior to take his physical, and that document is the confirming order from the National Guard Bureau.

It means, simply, that all the excuses that Bush has been making for not taking his physical (planes obsolete, wasn't in Houston and didn't see his own physician, going to Alabama where he wasn't flying, etc.) are just bullshit lies.

This document has actually been around for quite a while--Marty Heldt first found it--but the press has largely ignored it. This document is the official end result of the memos that CBS received.

Cheers.

I like your "you might be" test. Just replace republican with alien lizard and you'll see they answer the questions the same way.

6. For what???
I don't think that George Bush has ever denied being suspended from flight status. Flight physical overdue, flight status suspended until flight physical is brought up to date.

never denied being suspended for failing to take the physical, but why did he not take the physical, that is the big dealand the questions Dan Rather wants answered.

physical.

20. Not taking the physical......
and missing drills are two different things. If he did not take the physical and was suspended from flight status, he would go to drill as a non-rated officer and get put to doing some unpleasant administrative chores (inventory the office supply cabinet, lieutenant).

AWOL discussion last time. Don't have the source, but I heard him with my two unbelieving ears: he simply decided to stop flying. In their world, it's enough

I wonder how some of the Guardsmen and women in Iraq would like to have the same choice.

10. I think that one has been out there for a bit.
But here's the interesting thing: It says Bush (and his buddy, Bath) "will comply" with para. 2-10 of AFM 35-13 -- which specifies that "When a Rated Officer Fails To Accomplish a Medical Examination Prescribed by AFM ... (1) The local commander ... will direct an investigation ... (2) will forward the report along with the command recommendation to USAFMPC/DPMAJD, Randolph AFB TX 78148 for final determination."

There is no evidence that any such investigation ever occurred.

16. James Bath was a courier for the Saudis - I cant see the docs on top
cause it's not there anymore...

but last time these docs showed up released by the WH James Bath's name was scratched out ( I think cause he had been involved in the BCCI bank scandal)

You know the Bank of the Crooks and Criminals - money laundering for
drugs, CIA and the whole thing.

Now why wouldnt the resident want people to know he knew James Bath in
the Air Force ????

Anyway, your link doesn't work anymore and the point is not that the
docs are not real or forged..

The point is that the informationon them is real - and two people from the Air Force at that time have said so.

Here's an old thread on Bath - lots of good info inside:

AMY GOODMAN: And what is Bath’s connection to the Bushes?

J. H. HATFIELD: Well he was also in the National Guard with George W. back in the 70’s which is interesting too because in 1972 in August, my publisher was able not too long ago to get hold of Bush’s national guard records. And in 1972, at the same time we alleged he was doing community service for cocaine arrest James Bath who was in the unit with him. Both of them were grounded for failing to show up for medical exam. 14:19

After the death of Mohammed bin Laden, control of the company passed to Salem bin Laden, Osama’s half brother. The roots of the first known Bush-bin Laden convergence date back to the mid-1970s, when the two clans were linked by a Houston businessman named James R. Bath. Bath had befriended George W. Bush in the late 1960s, when they both served in the Texas Air National Guard. By 1976, when Gerald Ford appointed the elder George Bush as CIA director, Bath was acting as a business agent for Salem bin Laden’s interests in Texas. (Texas and Saudi Arabia were well-connected by this point through U.S. oil companies and related industries with operations in both locations.) In 1991 Time magazine and later other publications reported on allegations by Bath’s former business partner that the Bush CIA hired Bath in 1976 to create offshore companies to move CIA funds and aircraft between Texas and Saudi Arabia.

21. If this has been around for a while, one assumes Rather already has it.
And it's obviously damning.

So why has he not already shown it and talked about it?

Keeping his powder dry?

He has something else that's related such as evidence of the reasons the Bush and Bath (heh, heh... cute huh?) physicals were missed?
