Someone suggested I start a new thread to clue in those of you who have not read the analysis of the CNN prime time new hour. Uh... Prime time entertainment-gargabe hour.
Read and understand why the public is unclued. There has been nothing but weather reporting on the 'news' networks. Nothing. The world has gone away, and the Weather Channel might as well not exist....

I really can't complain.

The Weather Network can't cover Ivan with the depth it deserves to be covered, as it is a Canadian weather station with Canadian weather to deal with.

Is there any story in the USA bigger than the most devastating storm in years?

BTW, channel surfing, I did find an unbelievable segment with Lou Dobbs on Paula Zahn's show. They set him up against some blowhard professor with an Indian accent defending outsourcing (how convenient), and DObbs ate him for lunch, a la Harlam Globetrotters vs. Washington Generals.
