Why is Randi NOT on AAR in San Diego?

We get the Ed Shultz show here. Shultz seems to be a decent progressive voice, but he aint Randi.
So whats the deal here?

I think KLSD only carries part of Randi's show.

I'm still irate over the station name. It is obvious that they started carrying AAR in San Diego to get the market share, but in order to keep the message from reaching wingnuts, who might switch to Kerry if they heard the truth, they changed the station name from KPOP to KLSD, as in "don't listen to these drugged out hippies."

Yes, some have, but my guess is that most rightwingers simply won't listen to, or take seriously, anything on a station that calls itself KLSD. That's not fair. I still listen online most of the time, and I'm not particularly grateful to Clear Channel.

and that may have been a little CC stab, but they are probably more interested in the money than ideology right now. I think KPSD may have been a better choice, but I have no real problem with the name; hell, the Navy has ships called LSDs.

What really bugs me is the Al Franken promo where he makes a big Bevis-quality deal about it.

7. What I don't get is...

...how they only got 3 hours of her show. One hour just poof, mysteriously gone. Friggin annoying.

It's just further proof that Crap Channel is doing all they can to contain Randi. They hatchet her show any way they can, either by tape delaying it (like Portland, which, ok, I could understand that cuz of the 3 hour time diff.) or they air BIG EDDIE (gimmeafuckinbreakok!) from 3 to 6 (Eastern or otherwise) then air Randi's last hour 6 to 7, and then air the 1st 3 hours of her some other time of day, usually when nothing but crickets are chirping. We all know the story on how CC told her basically to fuck off when she ask them to syndicated her, cuz they were all panties in a wad that RUSHitler Limpnoodle would jump ship. In fact, it is common knowledge that Blimpo told CC that if they syndicated her, or any other liberal, he'd jump ship. Well, hrm, seems like quite a few of these Air America affiliates are CC! So...com'on Druggie Rushy Lardass! QUIT! Put your money where your oxy's are!
