Fagoogle.com - A new search tool which actively supports the gay community


A new search engine tool has been released this week which is based on the Google search engine - but with a twist. Fagoogle.com supports homosexuality and actively sponsors programs aimed at educating people about the gay lifestyle.

Released this week, Fagoogle.com aims to generate well needed money for the gay community - an area in which lack of awareness causes problems for many people, straight or otherwise.

Fagoogle.com is a search engine based on the Google engine, which means the results, speeds, and quality is identical to Google, but with one major difference: the revenue it produces is used to fund awareness programs (mostly in schools) for the ongoing battle for gay rights.

Using Fagoogle is the same as using Google, a user simply types his/her search into the field, clicks search (or hits 'enter') and less than a second later, the results are returned.

Google, Inc. itself, has announced that Fagoogle.com is fully in compliance with Google regulations, and as such is neither endorsed, nor shunned by Google.

14. I googled fagoogle, and got literally NOTHING except a few posts in forums

and one of them was just someone making up the word as in "fagoogle my ganoogle"... I very much doubt that this is legitimately helping the cause of gay rights.

On edit... if you're at home DUing, why can't you search for references? I'm confused about the emailing yourself links from work.

1. I email links to stories I want to post so that when I get home I can post them. Basically, I cannot get to DU when at work as this site is blocked but I can read news and such (DU is considered chat).

It is hard to forget, and the name alone will get them some more press (and the interested bigot who decides to check it out for laughs will be helping them financially...). It is a bit odd, gaygoogle might have been better and rolls off the tongue better IMHO.

or my personal favorite
lgbtoogle so everone is included
