The woman's son was MURDERED by the chimp! What the hell do they expect her to say? Who WOULDN'T like to do those things to the chimp? He's HATED all over the world! Sheesh. 8. You cannot criminalize desire.

Therefore, it cannot be illegal just to WANT to kill the President.

It can't even really be illegal to express that desire verbally, or write about it.

It's when you ACT on that desire -- threaten, conspire, make plans for, or try to actually do the deed -- that law enforcement enters the picture.

I suspect she could sue the SS for harrassment.
