U.S. to Free 'Enemy Combatant,' Bowing to Supreme Court Ruling
http://www.nytimes.com/2004/09/23/politics/23hamdi.html?hp

WASHINGTON, Sept. 22 - Yaser E. Hamdi, an American citizen captured in Afghanistan and once deemed so dangerous that the American military held him incommunicado for more than two years as an enemy combatant, will be freed and allowed to return to Saudi Arabia in the next few days, officials said Wednesday.
<snip>

first this is a misleading headline - the court ruling was to give this person a hearing - but BushCo just decides to let him go instead of a hearing - that sure does look like there was never a case

he has to renounce citizenship - if he did nothing wrong - why???
this is the kind of BS this admin is full of - it just arbitrarly locks people up, drops bombs, and kills people for its own ends.

rather than let their incompetence come to light they have now I am sure totally ticked this guy off for treating him like 'crap' then just let him go

amazing this admin
