Know your BFEE: George W Bush Knew 9-11 Was Coming and Did NOTHING!
The unelected moron George W Bush was advised by the CIA that Osama bin Laden was "determined to strike in the United States."

http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/0409041pdb1.html

Bush had been warned by the Russians that Osama would try to assassinate Bush at Genoa "using hijacked airliners."

Plot to Assassinate Bush – Reports

http://www.cnn.com/2001/WORLD/europe/06/20/russia.binladen/index.html

Seems the Italians, too, thought enough of Bush to warn him…

Italy Tells of Threat at Genoa Summit

Plot: Officials there took seriously a report that terrorists would try to crash a plane to kill Bush and other leaders.

From a Times Staff Writer

WASHINGTON — U.S. and Italian officials were warned in July that Islamic terrorists might attempt to kill President Bush and other leaders by crashing an airliner into the Genoa summit of industrialized nations, officials said Wednesday.

Italian officials took the reports seriously enough to prompt extraordinary precautions during the July summit of the Group of 8 nations, including closing the airspace over Genoa and stationing antiaircraft guns at the city's airport.

But a U.S. official said that American counter-terrorism experts considered the warning "unsubstantiated."

In either case, the reports suggest that Western governments were aware that terrorists might one day use a hijacked airplane as a suicide weapon--as they did Sept. 11 in attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.

The Genoa warning was disclosed last week by Italian Deputy Prime Minister Gianfranco Fini. In remarks on a television talk show reported by the Italian news agency ANSA, Fini said: "Many people were ironic about the Italian secret services. But in fact they got the information that there was the possibility of an attack against the U.S. president using an airliner. That's why we closed the airspace and installed the missiles. Those who made cracks should now think a little."

To reduce the terror threat from hijacked aircraft, the Italians and NATO installed anti-aircraft missiles around the conference site.

I remember the incident: Bush the Coward from Crawford chose to sleep in the Captain's quarters aboard a missile destroyer, safely offshore. Only after 9-11 did it make a LOT of sense.

Missiles to protect summit leaders

The story was reported in-depth by a Bush biographer who “committed suicide” just before 9-11.

Why Would Osama bin Laden Want to Kill Dubya, His Former Business Partner?

http://www.onlinejournal.com/Special_Reports/Hatfield-R-091901/hatfield-r-091901.html

So what did Bush do to protect the American people on 9-11? Nothing, unless he protected us when he flew AWAY from Washington DC aboard Air Force One.

1. Bush did do "something" on 9/11
He sat on his butt in a Florida schoolroom for 20 minutes or more reading "The Pet Goat" - a children's book, after having been officially informed that the United States of America was under attack.

So give him credit for that.

6. Technically, you are correct, SpiralHawk.
With all disrespect to Bush, I was thinking more along the lines of "leadership." You know, ask a question -- express surprise -- initiate some plan of action -- get up and say, "What?" Anything would be better than going on as if nothing's happened, reading about a goat.

Even by the most drug-addled standard, Bush's reaction seems odd. When I am reading a book by the pool and a kid jumps in the water, I'll put my book down and look to see how he or she is doing. Why no reaction from the psychopathic imbecile.

2. Just think of the Public Relations ......
The hijackers target Bush instead of the WTC and he survived the attack. Good God he would become Superman. He would be unbeatable even if found dressed like a National Guardsman, in a drug and alcohol stupor in a hooker's apartment.

It takes a most astute mind to discern the possibilities for blurring the lines between personal profit, advertising revenue and news. Most excellent response, newscaster!

Red Blount's nephew C. Murphy Archibald, an attorney in Charlotte, North Carolina, remembered George telling stories about how the New Haven police always let him go, after he told them his name, when they stopped him "all the time" for driving drunk as a student at Yale in the 1960s. Bush told this story - "what seemed like a hunded times" - to others working in the campaign, said Archibald.

"He would laugh uproariously as though there was something funny about this. To me that was pretty memorable, because here he is, a number of years out of college, talking about this to people he doesn't know. He just stuck me as a guy who really had an idea of himself as very much a child of priviledge, that he wasn't operating by the same rules."

Then along came Fitzgerald, who started out as his secretary and became so much more. Short, blonde and pretty, Jennifer Ann Isobel Patteson-Knight Fitzgerald was 42 years old and divorced when Bush first met her in Washington during the tumultuous months of the Watergate scandal. He was chairman of the Republican National Committee; she worked for one of the committee’s officials.
Professionally, Bush’s move from Washington to Beijing would enhance his credentials as he clawed his way to the presidency; but personally it would discombobulate his 30-year-old marriage, prompt his wife to burn her love letters and eventually lead to her severe depression.

“It wasn’t just another woman,” said someone close to the situation, discussing the wedge that came between Bush and Barbara. “It was a woman who came to exert enormous influence over George for many, many years . . . She became in essence his other wife . . . his office wife.” Fitzgerald landed in Beijing on December 5, 1974, and the next day she and Bush left for a 12-day diplomatic conference in Honolulu. In his diary, he wrote: “Spent the last two days out of that Sheraton Waikiki madhouse and in the 4999 Kahala apartment — just lovely . . . Checked out the bathhouse again . . . Totally relaxing. Someday I will write a book on massages I have had . . .

“I must confess the Tokyo treatment is the best. Walking the back . . . combination of knees and oil . . . does wonders for the sacroiliac, and a little something for the morale too . . . Flew back to Peking on Iran Airlines. Jennifer and I alone in first class.”

.......

“Suddenly there was a great commotion as the security men accompanying the secretary of state (Alexander Haig) and the attorney-general (William French Smith) converged on our table,” recalled one of the five dinner guests. “They started jabbering into their walkie-talkies, and then whispered to Haig and Smith, who both jumped up and left the restaurant.

“The two men returned about 45 minutes later, laughing their heads off. They said they had had to bail out George Bush, who’d been in a traffic accident with his girlfriend. Bush had not wanted the incident to appear on the (Washington) DC police blotter, so he had his security men contact Haig and Smith. They took care of things for him, then came back to dinner.”

13. LMHO! I'd say that'd be a favorite picture, if Poppy weren't so happy.
So, Poppy's a superfreak. I wonder if Babs has seen that picture? Not that it could help her re-burn her love letters to Mr. Luv-a-bull.

Regarding Jennifer Fitzgerald: The mention of her name got under W's skin big-time at the GOP convention in Motown. Oedipus Pinhead. LMHO again!

From the right comes this report:

Why The Bushes Will Never Hire Linda Tripp

John LeBoutillier (Ha ha ha ha!!!!)

EXCERPT...

Back in the first Bush presidency Linda Tripp was stationed down the hall from the Oval Office. She somehow caught wind on a long known but well-kept Washington secret: President George Bush had a "special" relationship with a staffer named Jennifer Fitzgerald.

In fact, Bush had been "very close" to this Jennifer beginning in Peking back in the days when Bush was our delegate to Red China. So close, in fact, that Barbara Bush had come home to D.C. in a state of "depression."

Years later, during Bush's vice presidency, Jennifer Fitzgerald held a key staff post – and this caused a virtual revolt among his other loyal staffers. They hated the haughty, pushy and arrogant woman who clearly had more "access" to Bush than they did.

Vice President Bush went to Geneva in 1984 during the arms talks and arranged through our negotiators to stay in a government guest house – with Jennifer Fitzgerald. Our ambassador was aghast.

Tories blocked Maxwell inquiry
BBC News

Maxwell stole an estimated £400m from the Mirror Group pension fund

An official inquiry into the death of Robert Maxwell was secretly blocked by ministers in John Major's Conservative government, records reveal. Malcolm Rifkind, then transport secretary, ordered that no investigation be held in Britain.

Mr Maxwell had looted an estimated £400m from the Mirror Group pension fund and was crippled by debt.

The political manoeuvring was revealed in records released to the National Archives at Kew, London.

Files show that there were fears among officials that an inquiry in Britain would spark a media frenzy.

Happy "50th" Birthday Cherie Blair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great day to release this archived material.

The real reason Major's government blocked the enquiry was to continue the massive deception of Margaret Thatcher's collusion with George Herbert Bush (as Vice President 1980-88):

There are UK government papers relating to Robert Maxwell and

Richard McGarrach Helms and their involvement in BCCI (the London class action is currently sitting in the Royal Courts of Justice where the Bank of England is being sued for misfeasance for £1billion). Some of these were finally subpoenaed late last year from MI5 and MI6 by the plaintiffs and are to be heard in evidence, re money laundering connected to Bush 1 when VP. Helms was director and minority shareholder of BCCI Holdings in the Antilles in the early 1980s.

4. The only thing that surprised Shrub also surprised Osama bin Forgotten

namely the "catastrophic success" of the mission. No one had imagined that the towers would actually collapse. That was the one and only surprise.

11. And once again I point out
This document was prepared with the cooperation of both the CIA and the FBI. Yet the administration continues to get away with the bullshit line that "it was a systemic failure". One more example that if you say a lie five times it becomes the truth. Did anyone in the media even read that thing? I do relies it is more then one page, but you could do it in more then one sitting, read half today and half tomorrow. You can do it!
