1. We are better off with Saddam out of power do you deny it?
The reason given for the war was that Iraq had WMD. Turns out they don't have them after Saddam, and apparently didn't before. So we've spent 87 billion dollars and ended the lives of over 1000 young soldiers and countless (at least you haven't informed us of the exact number) numbers of Iraqi civilians for no net gain in safety. We could have hunted terrorists without shock and awe, for a lot less money. Perhaps the oil industry is better off without Saddam, but that's just a relatively small group of rich men in Texas, not America.
2. We have job growth.
There's plenty in India I hear. Funny how all customer service/support numbers you call connect you to Bangalore.
3. I have no control over oil prices.
The Saudis do, and you rub elbows with them more often than the Average American, think you could put in a word?
4. There is no problem with no bid contracts.
Even insurance companies make you get at least two estimates.
5. No Child Left behind is the best thing to happen in years.
Looks to provide the administration with all the names they need for a draft roster for the upcoming "Wars for No Reason Except Bush Felt Like It" that seem to be brewing
6. There is no problem with no lawyers for accused terrorists.
No problem also when Ashcroft decides simple vandalism is classified as terrorism and our kids can get shipped to an island somewhere with no recourse.
7. There are more small business.
Tax breaks favor business. We all should put "Inc." after our names.
8. I didn't try and cut overtime.
No, you pushed for "flex time" which costs corporations less money, especially when they can deny "flex" time off.
9. Cheney isn't connected to Haliburton.
<cough...splorf...cough cough cough...>
10. Iraq is under control who are you kidding.
If an average of one carbomb a day qualifies as under control, I guess we are kidding.
11. I am winning the war on terror.
What's the definition of "losing the war on terror" (other than voting for Kerry?)
12. Vote for me or get attacked again I'm your man.
Isn't that how the mafia works?
15. The intelligence on Iraq is not my fault I never pressured any one.
Then who takes the fall, Mr Chief Executive? Point them out.
16. I didn't leak information on a CIA agent to the press.
Once again, if someone did, it would be your job to figure out whom.
