5. The contrast of this intelligent, thoughtful speech and the
incoherent flag-waving ramblings of Bush is incredible!

8. Can you imagine * trying to think on his feet to give a meaningful AIDS
answer like Kerry did? PErhaps skeptics and 'pubs will say it was a plant, but wow did it demonstrate the STARK difference between *'s oh-man-the-teacher-just-called-on-me-can-I-bluff-my-way-thru-this answers and Kerry's intelligent responses.

3. It does seem like Americans would wake up and
realize that we can't just kill all people who hate America. Of course you have to negotiate with other country leaders calmly and without threats to achieve peace and Bush just doesn't have any negotiation skills, or any other skills for that matter. If we have a clean election, I do believe we will remove that cancerous tumor we have sitting in the White House, so wish us luck, altough I have no faith that we will have a clean election. Thanks for caring.

4. Wow, that's great!
How amazing to have a politician recognize the fact that terrorism is a little more complicted than 'they hate us for our freedom'.

6. It is time for Western World leaders to endorse Kerry
Or at least, comment favourably on what he is saying.

9. Kerry wants to get to the root of the problem
Bush just wants to trim a few branches. I've been saying this forever, we need to get creative to solve this problem, not just hurl bombs all over the world.

I missed the speech, but I'll try to catch it later on CSPAN.

bush/cheney has the plebes crapping their pants in fear. kerry is swimming upstream using 'logic' & 'intelligence'.

he needs to tie these themes together in the debates, but * is a REALLY MASTERFUL DEBATER, the way he slumps on the lectern, the was he uses the word 'freedom' as a mantra, the way he makes that gathering/chopping motion over & over. those techniques are really affective at convincing fucking idiots.
