What to make of California SB1506 (Penal Code 653aa) ?
I'm quite sure most of you are not aware of this new Senate
Bill signed into law by CA Gov. Arnold Stubbypecker, it
basically says anyone within the State of Kaulifornia that
sends a commercial audio or video file via the net without
disclosing their email address is guilty of a misdemeanor
which is punishable by fines up to $2,500 and/or a year in
jail and "forfeiture and destruction" of the
equipment used to store the files.

Who does this law effect and can it be used against DU'ers and
anti-bush groups who might host various clips that might not
be "bush friendly"?
