who is on. He's one of the few political satirists/comedians who can actually make me laugh. Daily is another.

My sister lives in Orange County and said that show has been cancelled there for the most part, only airing late Tuesday or Wed. night.

She'll get it every week, with lots of repeats.

everywhere, I believe. You're talking about Real Time with Bill Maher, on HBO, right?

What she might be talking about is.....it's not on EVERY week. Two weeks ago, there wasn't a new show. Don't know why. It's not that it was "cancelled" or "not shown." There was no new show that week. The repeats that are on during the week are repeats, and they still air during the week, I think.

I think if you get HBO, though, your local station can't screw with it. If you get HBO, you get what HBO airs, and that's it. No substitutes. So if HBO airs Real Time with Bill Maher, that's what you get, if you get HBO, no matter where you live.

That's my understanding. Does she have cable or satellite TV?

I felt she was a bit disorganized last time she was on. Then again, easy for me to sit here and complain; I don't have to book the show :-)

oh yeah, need to add that i recently read a little about her somewhere. shes doing a documentary about 18-30 yo voting
she mentioned that last year she gave a talk to young voters, and she said she did an awful job of it so she wanted to make sure she started studying up on the issues and candidates... so im sure shell do a good job representing

i think while doing this documentary she was travelling around with the primary candidates, doing interviewing and research etc
im not certain but think she endorsed (or liked) wes clark at the time....
