vets who lost friends from texas....
who were they? what were they like? ... I guess THEY didn't have the right connections to the texas state house to get into the TANG.

3. Sonewhere online I've seen the names and info on
some Texans who died in Nam, as in "One of these men died in Dubya's place." These were guys drafted when Bush* would have been if he hadn't gotten to jump to the head of the waiting list for TANG. Maybe someone else here can remember where that info is. Or maybe a search would turn it up.
