C SPAN People don't know about where Kerry stands on
issues!

Who's fault is it????????????

It is the media's fault!!!!!!!

They don't cover THE ISSUES, they cover the slime.

That is precisely why the voters don't know Kerry's stance on issues.

All of the media is tied up covering gossip and smear - they don't bother with policies.

The media really sucks!

1. Ultimately, it's the voters fault.
Yes, the media is complicit, but voters shouldn't assume they are being fed the truth & should seek out other sources.

It all gets back to the complacency of the consumer class. "I'm too lazy to do anything but shop."

2. My favorite was that dumbass woman
who said "I always see the headlines about the issues, I want to know what's in the article underneath the headline..."

As I scream at my TV... "Then read the fucking article you stupid bitch!"

3. Don't you "love" it when someone in the media claims
that.."Kerry doesn't seem to be getting much coverage"...or that "Most of what's on TV about Kerry is negative"..

THEY ARE THE MEDIA./.WHAT'S COVERED OR NOT COVERED IS BECAUSE OF THEM..

6. The media HAS not "supported the Democrats and the liberal Agenda".
It has rolled over for Bushco and covered up all of his crimes.
:eyes:

Enjoy your stay while it lasts.

9. Was this a Kerry flip/flop or a Bush flip flop?
2000
"America should not be about regime change"

2003
"We need to have regime change in Iraq"

I hope you're around long enough to answer? I doubt you will be.

12. You must be kidding, because REAL DU'rs aren't so
stupid that they don't know Kerry's position on the war in Iraq. He has been very clear about what he supports and doesn't support, it is the dumbass Republicans that don't know Kerry's position on the war in Iraq and you couldn't be a dumbass Republican now could you?

The media really needs to do thier job and stop reporting on stupid garbage and report on the issues.

youse guys. Kerry is out there with issue, but the media was too busy paint him as a flip-flopper (though that has been remedied in the last 24 hours) and his issues are unknown.

Well, if they're unknown, it's an indictment on the press, not Kerry.

13. That is exactly right
The media is so busy repeating the Bushco commericals that we should figure out how much that advertising would cost the Bush Admin. and sue someone for not adhereing to the campaign rules about spending.

Seriously, with all of the free press that the media has given Bush, the media should really be counted as advertisement for Bush. It has gone so way over the top that it is blatant. I don't know how many times I have heard the newscasters/reporters ask about the Kerry voting for the war before he voted against it. They don't clarify the votes, they merely repeat what the Bushco propaganda machine has put out there.

What happened to thier job of informing the public and their journalistic integrity? They have all become parrots.

16. it's the people's fault also
they can easily do some research and figure out where he stands if they really cared. look at his history which gives an indication of where his political leanings are. this is why i never believed bush to be a compassionate conservative. because even if he kept saying it i knew his history and there is nothing compassionate about bush.
