No Child Left Behind...I just had a revelation

Everyone knows how Bush always phrases things to appeal to his base, especially his Christian Right base.

The attempts to make the war a "crusade" through "Operation Infinite Justice", for example.

Well...it has always been apparent to me that the real goal of Bush's No Child Left Behind legislation is to give parents the option to opt out of public education and enroll their kids in religious schools, at the taxpayers expense. The testing standard are so ridiculous that even top rated schools are failing, opening up the door to vouchers for private schools.

Now, I ask you, is it a coincidence that this program is named No Child Left Behind?
