I think people need to be held accountable for the things they do in life. (He repeats that three times within 4-5 sentences.) AARGH.


Three times within a few minutes, and at two other times in the debate, he said Gore was trying to scare people in the polling booths with Mediscare, and that's not the way to motivate voters.
SO WHY THE CONSTANT TERROR ALERTS!!!! Rule by fear!

On foreign affairs and war:
I want to be the world's peacemaker. (Oh yes, the world thinks so too, puke.)
If we go to war, we must 1)have a clear mission, 2) must have sufficient well-trained and well-armed troops, 3) be very cautious in deploying military troops, 4)must have a good exit strategy.
AAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!
If we don't stop overextending our military in nation building, we'll be in serious trouble.

It's important to retain alliances.

Classic Bush: The mission is to fight and win war, and therefore avoid war in the first place.

National debt quotes: several times Bush said of Gore that Gore doesn't want us to know that he's loading up debt for future generations. Kerry should say, and President Bush, precisely what have you done? (Sheesh I'd love to see a Perot chart on stage!)

Bush promised to put in Supreme Court Justices that will uphold the Constitution, not subvert the legislatures will.....hmm....as in subverting the legislatures will with Executive Orders.....
