Guns don't kill people, doctors do!!!
Physicians:

a. The number of physicians in the U.S. is 700,000.
b. Accidental deaths caused by Physicians per year are 120,000.
c. Accidental deaths per physician is 0.171. (Statistics courtesy of U.S. Dept. of Health &Human Services)

Now think about this:

Guns!

a. The number of gun owners in the U.S. is 80,000,000.
b. The number of accidental gun deaths per year (all age groups) is 1,500.
c. The number of accidental deaths per gun owner is 0.000188.

Statistically, doctors are approximately 9,000 times more dangerous than gun owners. Remember, "Guns don't kill people, doctors do".

FACT: NOT EVERYONE HAS A GUN, BUT ALMOST EVERYONE HAS AT LEAST ONE DOCTOR.

Please alert your friends to this alarming threat. We must ban all doctors before this gets completely out of hand!!!!!
Out of concern for the public at large, I have withheld the statistics on lawyers for fear the shock would cause people
to panic and seek medical attention.

1. Good thing we have some "peoples lawyers"
to help rein in some of those doctor's errors. Consumer Reports said it was actually 190,000 avoidable deaths, so the numbers are worse than we think. Need some more lawyers to get to work on this.

I'd like to see these staticstics, please, because frankly, this is one of the dumbest goddamned arguments I've ever read.

On edit: If this is satire, I apologize. It's just getting hard to tell satire from dumbass freeper bs these days.

4. Right, now...
examine how many lives are saved per doctor versus how many lives are saved per gun owner.

you can use this kind of argument to argue that seat belts need banned.

5. By that reasoning, nukes are safer still!

a. The number of nuclear warheads in the U.S. is 28,800.
b. Accidental deaths caused by nuclear warheads per year are 0.
c. Accidental deaths per nuke is 0.00.

Lets start a new public service org: NUKES FOR TOTS!
