1. Where did you hear that? I know the questions for the town hall
style debate will be submitted to the moderators in advance, but I haven't heard that any of the questions would be given to the candidates.

Very interesting. Visit the Web site if you want more info.

He stated the questions are all preapproved. Also said that follow-up questions are usually not allowed.


Here is the Memorandum of Understanding agreed to by both campaigns for the 2004 debates.
