to Arabs/Muslims that the US will invade their countries even if a single terrorist not connected with their government commits an act of terrorism? If this was the real purpose, it could have been debated and voted on without any of the pretexts that were cooked up and found to be lies before and after the invasion.Now we are in the position of having to defend a known killer like Allawi and dress him up in the preferred costumes of a democrat and anoint him as the George Washington of Iraq. Another day, another falsehood.

1. The message being sent

appears to be one of hatred of Islam, and the notion that all Muslims are terrorists. I point you to the remarks made by Gen. Boykin, who still holds an important government job, and the refusal of the US to let Cat Stevens, aka Yusuf Islam, into this country.
