Has the Bush campaign released even "one" positive ad....?
that details what Bush has accomplished over his four years vs. releasing spots that are just going negative on Kerry?

I can honestly say that I haven't seen one ad in weeks that lays out what Bush has done or what his agenda is for the next four year. Every Bush ad I see ( and I do watch Fox News in the morning so I see them all) is Kerry this, Kerry that.

It says a lot of the Bush record that the only thing they can do is go negative on the opponent.

2. actually, there are quite a few
the ones that are jointly paid for by the campaign and the RNC (some campaign finance loophole) are positive -- not about what he has done but about what they want to do in the future.

The go something like this:

(woman's voice) President Bush and our leaders in congress have a plan
(man's voice) help small businesses
(woman's voice) strengthen social security
(man's voice) stop frivolous lawsuits
etc.
go to agendaforamerica.com for more information

I don't remember exactly (although living in Central Florida, I see it enough to have it memorized)

Objectively, they are good ads (as long as you don't know what they are really talking about like that "strengthen social security" means privatization)

of course, there are a lot of negative ads as well

3. It's really weird for an incumbent to advertise what he WILL do
as opposed to what he's done for the past four years. But then the incumbent is George W. Bush, and if I were him I wouldn't be bragging either...
