Are recruiters getting desperate?
i received a message on my machine this morning from an army recruiter. i'm 25-- i haven't been hassled by a recruiter since i was 18! and back then it was the navy, sheesh they wouldn't leave me alone. i have a feeling my college has released my name- they are going to hear from me tomorrow.

6. You're going to be 35?
34 is the (current) upper age threshhold on the coming draft.

And Reservists and National Guard personnel in their late 50s are getting sent to Iraq these days.

Pretty soon it's going to be: if you're breathing, you win (er, lose).

i'd never heard of that kind of thing, he didn't even get stuff when he was 18. he'll be 25 in jan so i thought well, he'll squeak by on this one now i keep hearing about how they'll draft up to 34. also females and my daughter is 22 but so far no mailings for her. i have a 19 year old nephew already in the service and a 17 year old niece too. i'm about to have a nervous breakdown i hope i make it untill nov 2nd. :(

5. Well, what do ya think?
They are running out of people for all of the wars they either have going on or in planning. Of course they are desperate.
