Rumsfelds Iraq Election Model. Premptive move on US 2004 elections?
:tinfoilhat: firmly in place.

Was just watching the Daily Show, which showed the clip of Rumsfeld comment that if the Iraq election could only be held in 75% of Iraq due to violence, etc..., well, that was ok.

Could he have been floating a trial balloon? Seeing how people react to such an idea? What if, say, Florida doesn't recover from the Hurricanes, and terrorists attack ports in California and the North East?

removing :tinfoilhat: now to read responses.

it's nov 2. the preliminary reports are in for the east coast and midwest. things are looking bad for *. there are 73 ev on the west coast - wa , or, and ca...and lets face it they are going for kerry. either there will be an attack or enough of a threat to shut down the elections on the west coast.
