I would like our Democratic candidates to use the term:
The Deliberate Impoverishment of Our People to describe Bush's economic policies.

1. It's far too long
And you really think most people understand "impoverishment"?

3. "NCLB" has short choppy words with a nice cadence.

just trust the people who do this for a living. your phrase is far too long and goes way over the head of the average American.

On edit: No child left behind = 5 syllables
Your phrase = 13 syllables

5. They don't know what impoverishment is even though they live in it.
Very sad.

6. You ain't kidding
Unfortunately, more often than not, us Dems are accused of "talking over" the average American. This definitely would fall under that category.

4. I kind of like the word " scandal " as in
The Abu Ghraib scandal, the CIA outing scandal, the Medicare numbers blackmail scandal, the intel report scandal, the taking out Zwaqari scandal, etc.

7. Is that what you'd say in a debate?
Mr Bush, you lied to the american people about going in to iraq,
you lied about the end of the war, and you lie today to suggest
that there is stability in iraq, you lie to the bereaved relatives
of military people killed in iraq.

You lie today, by omission, that you have turned the country in to
a dangerous path by running up such a high debt. You lied about
being the party of small government, you lie when you say you
care about children's education. After so many lies, Mr Bush,
and so many attacks on Mr. Kerry, your behaviour is inexcusable.
What have you to say for yourself, you filthy liar.
