It's a word the neocons spread around a great deal, but don't really understand. For instance, when I purchased my last vehicle, the cost of fuel (up to $4 per gallon) was factored into our budgetary total cost. Will this price hike at the pump hurt our budget? No, not really. It will mean less money for us to deposit in other places, but we've PLANNED for it.

In short, if you want to play, you're gonna have to pay.
