"John Kerry needs only go back to his past to find the Hero
Edited on Tue Sep-28-04 07:06 PM by rainy
he is.... A hero to go to war and even bigger hero to come back and speak out against the war." Bill Maher just said something like this on tweety. I was just thinking the same thing. This campaign needs some passion. Let the media see your heart John Kerry even if they dis you the world will see your passion. Your base needs the passion as we have been hurting for so long now and being ignored by most dems. Byrd, Kennedy and a few others excluded. Why must Kerry be such a politician, lying about his real heart felt feelings to reach the fools?

1. I was getting mad at Maher but then he said this and he's right.
Kerry needs to get back that wonderful brave young man. He also needs to find that fine young senator who took on the Reagan adminstration during the Iran Contra scandal and followed the money trail through BCCI even though it lead to powerful people allied to his own party.

This is the John Kerry who can convince security moms and swing voters that he can keep us safe and free.

2. I met Kerry's sister shortly after the primaries...
and told her I had supported two other candidates, but had come to believe that it was Kerry's destiny to play a role in a nation mired in Iraq, just as he did when the nation was mired in the horror of Vietnam. I don't know if this will happen, given the media block on anything worthy that could be said about Kerry, and the un-American tactics of Karl Rove. But I have hope.
