The latest toys to arrive are 2 kayaks. I was out in the ocean
trying one out, when i flipped over... and being too excited to put
on the skirt, scuttled it and had to swim it back to shore.

In future, i must learn this technique of righting a kayak whilst
still in it... toys are great! :-)

4. Toys suck

You eventually tire of them and have to get new toys to whet the appetite. They become like a cancer after awhile.

It's not only men who have an appetite for toys as shown here. Before women denied men sex to end war. Now some deny sex to men until they get new toys.

8. REAL toys are cool!!!

I have a nifty collection of vintage tin toys: helicopters, robots, airplanes, etc. I also have several mahogany-wood painted scale models of WWII airplanes suspended from the ceiling over my desk at home. I just took my ancient baseball mitt to the game last Saturday (didn't catch any fouls, however :().

But I don't need to tweak up my pleasure by consuming whatever the media is prodding me to consume.

11. I am a member of PLANETSIDE, a computer game which is

interactive. Members play with other members from around the World. This is a game for advanced Computers with voice communications required. Its a blast.

More important, it soon teaches that only by joining with other members forming squads, platoons, and outfits, can advancement in rank occur expeditiously. It teaches TEAMWORK and cooperation. Besides writing and research in seaweds, its the only toy I have and use.
