3. re: DRAFT - This is posted elsewhere, but may not have been seen
There are 2 versions, one color and one B&W which can be downloaded at http://bigpath.net/politics/Draft/DraftStart.html. If these are useful, please let me know and I'll make more variations on this theme.

The samples shown below are reduced-size, low-resolution. The ones on the site are full-size.

4. You got it, Movonne...
NBC-GOP dragged in all the "experts" to say that there won't be a draft; that a two year required service hitch isn't time enough to train a soldier for all the technical skills soldiers need now. My guess is that they would opt to extend a two year hitch into three to make it cost effective. They said they'd offer $20,000 incentives to increase the size of the volunteer army. Uh huh.

5. They've already called up part of the IRR ...
and the rest (myself included) will be called up if Bush is elected. That's not nearly enough bodies for neocon world domination, so you bet your ass there will be a draft under Bush. I was active duty for ten years and know a lot of recruiters. They say businesss is not good. Anybody claiming recruiting is going well is lying their ass off.

BUSH 04
DRAFT 05
