New AP article "Kerry Says Bush Broke Promise on Oil"

New article where Kerry lambasts Bushco over the high oil prices. He says "Halliburton is feeling no pain... But the average American is going to feel the pain of the fact that Pres. Bush has broken his promise, doesn't have any energy policy for this country and doesn't know how he is going to solve the problem of Iraq."
