9. It doesn't take a professional to recognize a sociopath/

psychopath. The administration is full of them, and Bush is Sociopath in Chief. In spades. No conscience, penchant for inflicting pain and cruelty and even death. (He stuffed firecrackers in frogs to blow them up as a teenager, which cruelty to animals he has in common with many serial killers.)
