2. I'm a staunch opponent of this obscene war but

having said that, I'd like to question your assumption that this barbaric act has created 34 new Osamas. Neither you nor I have any idea how these devastated parents will react to their tragic losses. Concluding that they will instantly be transformed into terrorists does them a grave injustice.
I condemn the people carrying out the attacks on civilians. I condemn the kidnappings, beheadings and executions of civilians. That doesn't mean for one second that I support this war.

This was a bombing by the insurgents, not by U.S or allied forces. Yes, U.S. forces have killed Iraqi citizens by bombing. But the how-many-innocents-can-you-slaughter-at -one-time award goes to the insurgents for this particular atrocity.
