I love it on the split screen. You can clearly see Kerry taking notes and looking calm during Shrub's responses, while Shrubo sits and fidgits looking like a wildman during Kerry's responses.

And i must add Kerry is coming off quite well on this end, and i'd have no problem complaining if he was'nt.
