Today's Baghdad massacre a publicity stunt gone bad?
Who the hell invites kids to the grand opening of a sewage treatment plant? This would not be an obvious target for insurgents? U.S. troops handing out candy, a celebration---
Why not invite them to the next grand opening of an oil pipeline?
These questions need answering. Who is responsible, not only for the bombing, but who staged this mess?

1. I heard on the news that the kids were giving the US soldiers candy
when it happened. Can anyone confirm this because its just odd that kids would be giving them candy and not the other way around.

5. Well, that's what our 'leader' did on 9/11, isn't it?
What safer place than in an elementary school surrounded by kids of color, huh?

4. Good point. As a symbol of the occupation
any and all new infrastructure is a target, and everyone over there knows it. Kids shouldn't have been anywhere near it.
