Should voter registration fraud be treason?
I wonder. If you really believe the power derives from a mandate from the masses, then maybe voter registration fraud, vote tampering, and voter intimidation should be charged with treason.

Thoughts?

3. Yes!
The will of the people should not be tampered with! I believe there were criminal acts committed in Florida and Washington during the election in 2000! Read 'The Betrayal of America' by Vincent Bugliosi, it explains what happened in 2000!

4. No, of course not, but it SHOULD be a felony with a very
stiff penalty (mandatory sentence perhaps).

5. I think the supremes would say
felony but not treason. Not that it shouldn't be, mind you. Of course, if the supremes are charge that's a whole new ball game.

6. THIS should be covered like the Kobi or Peterson trial
This has to do with the very foundation of democracy and you have to go hunting on the Internet to find a morsel of information about it.
