What religious organizations are recognized for C.O. status?

I know that establishing oneself as having been a practicing Quaker for many years would help in arguing a C.O. case before the draft board. Are Unitarians similarly recognized? I am irreligious myself (albeit very spiritual), but I want to get involved with my little boy NOW in some sort of acceptable (to me) spiritual practice that will help him when he's drafted for the Neverending Oil Wars for Halliburton in 13 years. I'm also going to get his pediatrician to go ahead and declare him an asthmatic once and for all (he's borderline). You can never start these things too early. Would appreciate any advice. Also: I live near the Canadian border and have a very large and comfortable basement, so please do count me in the Underground Railroad.
