Public lands become wastelands because of the rollback of all environmnetal protection.

More war in other middle east countries.

The end of social security, the department of education, and welfare programs.

Health care for the rich, because the middle and lower classes cannot afford it.

Government sponsored hate crimes against minorities and gays.

Large health epidemics, because there's no profit in vaccine production.

Re-introduction of the draft.
