1. C'mon!
Please. Think. Does he throw all the cards down at this point? No. Some of those cards have not been dealt yet. But know that the battle has been joined. That is all we get right now.

5. I agree.
Kerry will withdraw his concession speech if fraud is found. Conyers played his cards close to his chest.

9. What did he say and when did he say it?

I recall hearing Conyers speak before the Black Caucus Conference on CSPAN.

He gave a strong hint about wanting to try to impeach Bush. He came saying, in code almost.

"The best way for your voices to be heard is to contact your congress people.
They are not going to put themselves out on a limb unless they are sure they have the support of the people back home."

Then he did his eyes in such a way to say, "THINK and DO IT."

That's why I need to know how it was said, was it final?

30. absolutely right! Conyers is right to play his cards close to the vest
When pressed on whether fraud would turn this election around he said, "Well, our candidate, John Kerry, has conceded" but really didn't say yes or no. He knows the concession speech had no legally binding significance.

What I did like is his statement that basically (not his words) heads would roll and that (yes, his words here) people would go to jail if there was fraud.

2. He needs the goods before he levels a charge.
We have only one chance to make the charge of 'stolen election.' If it's made before there is slam-dunk proof, it can be dismissed and filed on the trash can.

Corporate America controls the media and we get manufactured news.
Corporate America now controls the voting machines and we get manufactured elections.

He never said, "We don't think anything happened, we concede the election." He simply did not say those words.

7. I was paraphrasing but he did say
John Kerry conceded the election, and everytime KO asked him about what would happen if they found fraud, he only mentioned criminal charges. And he said they weren't asking for a new election.

was very different from the your original post. Paraphrasing is when you convey the same meaning. This was a wonderful segment on a popular news program. The congressman gave thoughtful and well-measured answers.

6. Part of the Democratic Party Elite....
The Democrats in Congress, in case you haven't noticed over the past week, ARE NOT ON OUR SIDE.

They will not join our movement for truth until it benefits them politically, the weasels.

19. I suppose he could have
rode into the studio on a motorcycle, wearing mirror shades and carrying a sawed-off shotgun. But then we would have been watching a B-grade movie. Luckily, we were watching real life. He did a good job. The idea is to have things build up. The goal is to win, not to make angry statements that come to dead ends.

12. Yup
In fact, he had a number of carefully constructed statements. Like, "I don't think the results would be any different, because our candidate conceded."

That's a far, far, cry from saying, "I don't think the results would be any different because we've completed the audit and found nothing." He's predicated his belief that the election wasn't stolen on the fact that the other candidate conceded. Nothing more.

23. In fact
it was something that he did not say. You are correct that he said there is going to be an investigation. In real life, things go in an order: they have to find evidence of fraud and criminal behaviors before they can go to step two. But we are on the way.

What purpose would it serve to use language like that now. If fraud is found there will plenty of time for that. and then you will have facts behind you rather than theories.

I love the man, but there are times he can put me to sleep. Not tonight, though...he came across as reasoned and reasonable, and spoke to the heart of the matter, fair elections. (And prosecution for anybody who broke the law. From your mouth to God's ear, Mr. Conyers.)

26. If they find evidence of fraud in a couple of
machines, that almost demands they check each and every one of those machines nation-wide to rule out any more machines being hacked. This is a federal crime with federal penalties. An election won by fraud negates the win, and if Kerry has the majority after investigation, he wins.

And was signaling an alert for any of us who may have had our vote hijacked to contact your local Rep. or any of the Reps. who are involved in the process of the investigation.

34. Exactly, you were watching a master politician

at work.

He has been on the right side of justice for as long as I can remember.

He is a skilled warrior.

I think someone said that he did not say the right thing in F 911.

YES! He did.

He pointed the finger where it belonged and educated all of us when he said, "People in Congress do not read all the information that leads up to the votes."

He was right!

He was being honest.

because the bills are written by the lobbyist for CorpAmerica.

They know that they will get the votes, so they don't have to do all that "Hard Work"

And as far as the Patriot Act goes that had been on the shelve for years waiting for the right opportunity to come along....
